Concept: Employee Christmas party with a Moulin Rouge theme
Event Republic organized a Christmas party at Ferring’s own headquarters in Copenhagen. When the guests arrived, they first entered the foyer which was converted into a Parisian street, year 1895, with musicians, jesters, dwarfs, can-can girls, lampposts and park benches. Windows were covered with foil depicting the Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coeur in the background.
From there, can-can girls and jesters accompanied the participants into the Moulin Rouge dining hall. The dinner started with a spectacular Can-Can show and finished with an absinthe show – surreal and entertaining.
During dinner the other half of the hall was converted into Moulin Rouge’s “garden” with grass on the floor, barrels of wine, lampposts, benches and a starry sky.
