Teambuilding is an great way of giving your employees a fun and active day and can contribute to strengthening social bonds, improving communicating and increasing motivation in the team.

Event Republic’s team building activities are based on your company’s strategy, and the qualities that you want to develop in your team. And for that reason we don’t offer pre-planned packages.

But we have lots of examples of activities that we have conducted, and here’s a few:

• Logic Task – By means of walkie talkies the team has to find and put together Jumbo puzzles and Lego. The activity can take place indoors or outdoors, depending on the weather conditions.
• Storm P exercise – the best Storm P machine consists of a great idea and team collaboration. The only limit is your imagination, and we make sure you have plenty of materials to use.
• Match race – Sailboat racing that involves 6 – 8 persons on each team competing against each other. No prior experience with sailing is needed.

We generally design our team building events so that everyone can participate, with no special skills, athletic ability or experience required. But we always take into consideration the team’s specific needs when planning a program.
