An so, for these kinds of events we only choose venues of a certain standard. For your gala dinner, our chef, Thomas Parry, and sommelier, Lasse Kruse, will compose an outstanding menu, where food and wine in perfect combination will reach the highest gastronomic level.
Thomas used to worked at the English restaurant “The Fat Duck” at the time when it was awarded the world’s best 3-star restaurant by the Michelin Guide. He has also won the Junior World Championship for dessert chefs and currently works as a dessert developer for Summerbird Chocolate.
Lasse has worked as sommelier at the Danish Michelin restaurant, Geranium, and now owns his own wine company. He is considered one of the best in the industry.
