Location: Bella Center & Bella Sky

Concept: Kick-Off’s, Convention, supplier trade show, award show, gala dinner & party for Lyreco employees and 150 specially invited suppliers.

Purpose: All employees gather once a year with the purpose of creating motivation and “fighting” spirit for the coming year.

Event Republic managed:

• Logistics: Transfer by air and bus for all participants from Denmark, Sweden and Norway.
• Exhibition: Construction of exhibition stand and 70 suppliers
• Award show: Lighting and sound, production of a number of short films and all technical adjustments to PowerPoint presentations.
• Gala Dinner and Party: 3-course menu followed by a live concert and party.
