Deloitte Consulting – Consulting Kick Off, Dublin

Kick Off for Deloitte’s 600 consultants gathered in Dublin. The event lasted for 3 intensive days. Event Republic was responsible for logistics, registration of participants as well as planning and execution of the kick off with a professional program, teambuilding and various activities as well as a large closing dinner and party with award show.

Objective: To gather all employees from Deloitte Consulting for an annual Kick Off, this time with the theme “The Future is Now” about the technology of the future and how to incorporate it into everyday life.

Solution: Professional program with the use of holograms to show presenters who could not be present, as well as film team building, where the theme was incorporated into the various productions.

By using the film team building as a tool to understand and work on the different sub-themes of the conference, the participants were able to work creatively and actively with the team and meet colleagues across the organization. All of this was concluded with a gala dinner and a big award show where awards were handed out for the different film productions and everyone had the opportunity to see the results and how to work with the different topics.

Result: A satisfactory result with high employee satisfaction in our overall evaluation. We emphasized maintaining the common thread throughout the event, as there were many different activities taking place in a few days, which all had to be linked together under an overall theme.
