Concept: Participants from around the world attended the two-day meeting with presentations, workshops and dinner.

Event Republic was responsible for the overall planning, invitation, registration of participants, the performance of the technical setup, coordination of the meeting and social event in the evening – a festive late summer dinner with gourmet cuisine and live jazz music.

At the conference, Event Republic applied an effective meeting tool, individual iPads for all participants which were used for questions, polls, evaluation and information during the meeting.
