IRMA Bootcamp

Irma bootcamp for 2100 employees, spread over 40 workshops, in the Masterchef studio in Copenhagen. The event took place during summer/autumn 2018 and winter/spring 2019. Event Republic was responsible for all logistics, registration of participants, planning and all practical execution and deco of the studio.

Purpose: To create awareness of the new Irma brand, as well as ensure better knowledge of the store’s product range by letting employees work with the products. In addition, it was also important to give them new tools to perform their daily tasks in the stores.

Solution: Food workshop focusing on quality ingredients and passion for gastronomy, combined with training about the new Irma, what it means and what it takes to be an Irma employee.

Result: It was important to us that all 2100 employees had the same great experience, whether they attended bootcamp #1 or bootcamp #40. All participants received a custom-made apron with their own name, which was met with great enthusiasm.

This was then used for the food workshop that took place in the kitchens of the Masterchef studio. A lot of pictures were taken and the atmosphere was high, while testing taste senses and cooking with some of Irma’s ingredients, which the participants learned to work with along the way.
