IRMA Bootcamp 2018/2019

Concept: Irma bootcamp, 2100 employees divided into 40 workshops, in the Masterchef studio in Copenhagen. The bootcamps were on-going during summer/fall 2018 and winter/spring 2019. Event Republic was responsible for all logistics, registration of attendees, planning and execution of all practical tasks and transformation of the studio into an Irma Bootcamp.

Purpose: To encourage Irma employees to be more passionate about food and to have more knowledge about the new Irma and assortment of products in the stores, by experimenting with these in the kitchen. Last but not least, providing the employees with new tools to solve their daily tasks in the stores.

Solution: A food workshop to encourage a passion for gastronomy and the Irma high-quality products, combined with classes and group work with focus on the new Irma concept and how this will affect being an Irma employee.

Result: It was very important to us that all 2100 employees had the same good experience no matter which bootcamp they attended. All attendees were given a custom-made apron with their name on it, which they were going to use for the food workshop in the MasterChef kitchens.

A lot of pictures were taken, taste buds were challenged and last but not least, they learned to cook with some of Irma’s commodities, which we created awareness about during the bootcamp.
