
NCC morning boost meeting
Morning boost meeting with the theme “The Workplace of the Future. Held in the Dome at Kalvebod Brygge.
Purpose: A marketing initiative that aimed to reach and inspire people who influence the development of companies’ workplaces (facility managers and other decision-makers from large companies and public institutions).
Solution: We found inspiration in the go-home meeting format, but decided to turn it on its head and turn the event into a morning boost meeting with healthy snacks, delicious smoothies and great speakers. We wanted the participants to go to work energized, inspired and with concrete ideas that they could take straight to work.
The event itself took place on the waterfront at Kalvebod Brygge in bright sunshine. Everyone was shuttled in from Østerbro, so you had the opportunity to park your car on the outskirts of the city. In collaboration with the Institute for Futures Research, we had put together a program where the focal point was what moves and inspires people in connection with the workplace of the future. Among the speakers was futurist Jeffrey Saunders.
The event was held with a clear focus on informing and inspiring the guests and all “we want to sell you something” was taken out.
Result: NCC made a connection with potential customers and the guests had a great and inspiring experience. You could really feel the energy both during and after the event. And as a plus, NCC got the opportunity to show its office without it being sales-oriented.
