Phonak – Customer Launch Event

Product launch for Phonak customers from all over the world.

Purpose: Launch of new products on a conference in Bella Center Copenhagen followed by dinner.

Solution: Customers arrived from all over the world to participate in the product launch. The launch took place at Bella Center Copenhagen, with simultaneous translation, gifts under each seat in the auditorium, and arranged shuttles for all 600 guests to take them to dinner at Docken, where the product launch continued with testing of new devices.

Result: The attendees had a great interest in experiencing and testing the new devices. The atmosphere was amazing, and everything were aligned to make the right scene.

Event Republic were responsible for all event management incl. logistics, planning, project management and execution of conference and dinner. The following day we had sightseeing in Copenhagen for those participating countries who requested it.
