Concept: International Development Conference. For the first time Ferring brought together four different departments from several countries for one conference. The conference went on for three intensive days and Event Republic managed everything from start to finish.
- Logistics: 350 participants arrived and left Madrid at different times over three days. Event Republic was responsible for all airport transfers, transportation to and from dinner and transport of AV equipment from Denmark to Madrid.
- Conference: The conference was divided into two parallel conferences on the first day, an integral part of the second day, and then two parallel ones on the third day. The conferences were professionally conducted by a Danish team of technicians.
- Dinner: Both evenings the guests were transferred to off site dinner locations.
