Concept: Leadership conference. The top 150 managers & and their spouses arrived from all over the world for a two and a half-day conference and activities.

Event Republic managed:

• Logistics: Transfer from two different airports to the conference venue, transfer to and from activities and dinners etc., and transportation of AV equipment from DK.
• Conference part: The conference was managed by TV producers. Graphic stage set-up backdrop, and overall graphic theme and short films from all over the world.
• Activities: At the same time as the conference, eight different activities took place in Barcelona and the surrounding area. Everything went perfect.
