Concept: Annual GRAPAC (Global Regulatory Affairs Pharmacovigilance Conference) where Ferring brings together colleagues from around the world for a conference and networking. The event lasted for two intensive days.
- Event Republic managed registration of participants, planning and execution of the event.
- Transportation to and from the dinner.
- The conference AV was professionally managed by a Danish team of technicians.
- The dinner: Guests were transported to the venue by the old tram. During the ride to an amazing off-site location just across the Charles Bridge, the guests were given the opportunity to taste a few Czech snacks, enjoy a live accordion musician, and learn a bit about Prague’s history from a guide.
